Fried Apple and Almond Butter Toast

Hi guys! Just wanted to share with you this quick, easy and DELICIOUS breakfast recipe, for my Fried Apple and Almond Butter Toast. The recipe is autumn inspired, and makes for a quick and tasty meal at breakfast or snack-time.

To make the recipe I’ve simply fried some chopped apple in coconut oil, sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon and cardamom. The apples warm and soften into a desserty treat, and the spices bring beautiful fall flavours to the fruit.

  1. This was so good!! I tried to rate it but it wouldn’t allow me to for some reason. Only difference I made was to put it on gluten free toast. Also made for one so I left out the butter and just used coconut oil cinnamon and cardamon drizzled with maple syrup. Thank you for this delicious recipe treat!
