Green Cleanse Smoothie

Hiya guys! Happy new week! I thought I’d start it by sharing a quick and easy Green Cleanse Smoothie. This is one of my go-to green smoothie recipes for a healthy and cleansing breakfast drink.

If you know me then you know I love my green smoothies. There is no better colour for a smoothie! Although at first sight they might look like a creepy green monster drink, they can actually be so sweet and delicious. When I make a green smoothie I like to blend together creamy or citrus fruits (like mango or banana, and pineapple or orange) with nut butters (like almond butter or peanut butter) in addition to those leafy greens. In the end, the only way to remember you’re drinking your greens is by its unmistakable colour.

This smoothie recipe is a blend of spinach, kiwi, pineapple, almond butter, vanilla protein powder, fresh ginger, parsley and almond milk. It’s a light and refreshing combo that’s sweet and cleansing.
