Chocolate Mocha Chia Pudding! This chia pudding makes a lovely breakfast or afternoon snack. Made with chia, almond milk, cocoa powder and espresso.
This Matcha Chia Pudding is so lush and comforting. The matcha brings such a beautiful flavour to the traditional chia pudd. It’s smooth, aromatic and zen; a matcha made in heaven if you ask me. And topped with banana and kiwi is a beautiful pairing. Chia pudding will always be a go-to breaky for me because it’s so easy to make, it’s nutrient rich, and good for digestion.
Chia pudding is also such a healthy breakfast, packed with protein and fibre to start your morning right. It has helped so much with my digestive issues with IBS that I call it my little miracle seed. I like to have it daily, either for breakfast or as a snack. Seriously, I would have had much less stress and anxiety in school had the doctor prescribed me some chia seeds over all-bran-buds. Not to mention WAY more delicious breakfasts!
Pink Chia Pudding with Figs. What a dream! If you haven’t noticed I am completely fig obsessed here’s some more evidence. A figgin delicious, and pretty in pink, chia pudding with figs to get you from zero to heaven.
