An autumn inspired and desserty porridge bowl made with fried apples topped on spiced porridge, with almond butter, coconut yogurt, and maple syrup.
I love this recipe because it’s warm, wholesome and comforting. It’s a simple porridge blend that you can whip together in less than 10-minutes – making it perfect for the work week. I like to pack mine with even more punch by adding chia seeds to the oats. Then topping with frozen raspberries, coconut shavings and carob chips.

It was sweet and decadent, and I think may have been my toast of choice!
This Matcha Chia Pudding is so lush and comforting. The matcha brings such a beautiful flavour to the traditional chia pudd. It’s smooth, aromatic and zen; a matcha made in heaven if you ask me. And topped with banana and kiwi is a beautiful pairing. Chia pudding will always be a go-to breaky for me because it’s so easy to make, it’s nutrient rich, and good for digestion.
