This toast recipe is certainly a quick and easy breakfast or snack recipe that will take your taste buds on a ride. I love adding fresh fruit in replace of jam on my toasts because it’s such a healthier alternative, and since plums are so flavourful at the moment they make the perfect toast topping. If you haven’t tried swapping out jam for fresh fruits I’d highly recommend it. There’s no added sugars, and when the fruits are in season (like these plums) they are so sweet and juicy!
