Green Goddess Smoothie

A healthy and nourishing smoothie to detoxify. Perfect for breakfast or snack-time. This is also one of the recipes in my 3-Day Cleanse.

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, or green apple (sliced, with core removed)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 handful spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup parsley, tightly packed
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (approx. 2 tbsp)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
