Purple Nourish Smoothie

A healthy and nourishing smoothie to renergize and detoxify. Perfect for breakfast or snack-time. This is also one of the recipes in my 3-Day Cleanse.

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or coconut kefir, or other plain plant-based yogurt of choice)
  • 1 cup water


  • Add all your ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
