Deliciously easy gingerbread lattes, made by simmering coffee and almond milk with holiday spices, and honey to sweeten. Why serve regular coffee when you can have this festive one?
In a saucepan simmer coffee and almond milk. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, maca powder (optional), coconut oil and honey. Pour into two glasses and serve. Optional to pour in more almond milk (frothed) if desired.
